About Our Founder
Syd Nair is the founder and owner of ComputerWerx, a managed IT services provider established in April 2003 and based in Parramatta, Sydney. With a lifelong career in IT and a formal background in Honours Diploma In System Management, Syd identified a gap few were addressing: businesses in Australia needed access to comprehensive, enterprise-grade IT support and simply weren't getting it. He built ComputerWerx to fill that gap, grounded in a straightforward philosophy: understand the problem and fix it properly.
Today, ComputerWerx supports businesses across network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, server, and desktop management, and fully Managed IT services progressing towards Managed Intelligent Provider (MIP). With introduction of AI in all aspect of IT and life its not good enough to be just a Managed Service Provider (MSP) you need to be a MIP supporting business with AI implementation and protecting them with threat of AI induced attacks.
